General terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and deliveries from Silk The Agency. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• Entrepreneur: Silk The Agency, the party that offers the services and activities.
• Customer: any person or organization that uses our website, services, or collaborates with Silk The Agency.

2. Offer and agreement

All offers and quotations from Silk The Agency are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement is only concluded when the client has accepted the offer in writing or digitally and Silk The Agency confirms it.

Any changes or additions to an agreement are only valid if confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.

3. Payment

All Silk The Agency rates are communicated in advance and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. Invoices must be paid by the client within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing and confirmed by Silk The Agency.

4. Delivery

Silk The Agency always delivers according to the agreed-upon terms. Exceeding an agreed delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement, unless there is gross negligence on the part of Silk The Agency.

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our services. Silk The Agency is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order in question.
